Checkpoint Day

Today was, after-summing-up , an awesome day.

Went to main church in Ipoh with COP-ians for special CNY celebration service.

Enjoyed the nice worship, presentations and sermon.

It really brings so much joy seeing many who accept Christ and found salvation. Frankly, was being quite backslided recently. Felt quite refreshed today. I only need to see how great my Father is, and without any terms, just go to Him. That's it, not complicated.

Ps Clement's pretty funny when sharing his childhood cny celebration stories...the thrills. Sermon was so nicely presented. Maybe applies to other cultures, but for chineses, when reaching an old age, the thought of living longer or forever comes to mind of most people. But it's obvious there's no living forever as a reality. Eternal life is only found in Christ, who once came to save and seek the lost.

And also, be like the good Samaritan. Don't be religious. Care for your neighbours and people around you. It is not the Law or Religion that saves you, but the Grace. Jesus loves you.

Have a great year ahead.

Legendary Week

Side note: Ever since I started college, there's many first times for me. Like for example, this year is the first time being at home for one week of the chinese new year only. There's more too, like celebrating birthday away from home and etc. The point here is, I NEED all these experiences to grow despite how I dislike them.

Well, I'm back to college again after being at home for a week. Personally, enjoyed lots despite a considerably short holiday.

Why did I enjoyed by the way...?

Being with family.
Eating CNY goodies.
Got a one-week break I seriously needed.
Visitings and meet-ups.

Of course, these made up as one of the reasons every year.
Meeting up with this two funny dudes again.
Crazy CNY visitings with EmbaCY-ians with the "Ris Low" mood. First time btw.(Photo credits to Unc. Kester)
Nice kuching food as usual like LAKSA SARAWAK!!!(Abel Road's some more!!)

Definitely the best CNY ever.

Now, I'm going to continue study for about another 2 and a half months and finish my last semester of my Foundation year. Time flies fast.

Taken during the flight back to KL.

The Mood Is Here

Side note: My two slippers out of two slippers I have over here are not wearable anymore so recently at the same time. Then my water boiler can't boil up water anymore. Don't have much luck, huh?

Well, although I have fewer subjects and credit hours this semester, my schedule is most packed this semester. Don't know how's undergraduate like too, knowing it's busier and tougher.

At this week, I tried my best to do all the works available and revised what's learnt BECAUSE I'm going back for next whole week. With a self-declared break somemore hahaha because I don't know how's the leaves applied status yet. I know I'll get it when I back here again with quizzes and assignments coming up.

I'm going to play, visit and enjoy lots like it's a long break I have. Especially when I can see my sis again since she's now working away from home.

Been around three months ago since I got home and seriously need a short break after 3 months already.

C'mon, I want to go back already. CNY CNY.

Happy chinese year to you all! Hope the tiger year will be a prosperous and fruitful year for each and every one of you! (I'm not so a believer in these kind of things though =p)
